Rafters 12 X 16 Shed

I’m building a 16 X 12 ft shed. I want to use a ridge board and want to know if I should use 2×4’s or 2×6 rafters? Thanks!

To be on the safe side I would use 2 X 6s.
I see you live in Maryland so snow load is a concern.
